Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of print and packaging materials, including but not limited to labels, boxes, and promotional materials.
• Use industry-standard software to develop and refine design concepts.
• Ensure that designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a printing and packaging environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
